Yes. Fusion Boards aren’t the same as the vast majority of the boards on eBay or the ones which have been featured in the recent reports.

All our boards and chargers have been tried and tested over a long period and we don’t have any problems. They also come with all the relevant safety documentation and have been thoroughly tested by independent European safety testing authorities.

The negative reports in the media have not come as a surprise to us as we are well aware of all the poor quality versions flooding the market and have been worried about consumer safety and the impact it may have on customer confidence. But because of all the lengths we have gone to ensure that Fusion Boards remain a quality, safe and functional product we are confident that the market will now divide into the good and bad and we can continue to provide a high quality product that will provide plenty of safe enjoyment to our customers for years to come.

Fusion Boards can reach a top speed of 10 -15 Km/hr.

The Fusion Board usually takes 3-5 minutes on average just to get comfortable with the sensation of being on a self balancing device. It is a very intuitive device, so once you relax and become accustomed to the feeling, you can expect to be proficient within 20-30 minutes.

We send all boards on a next day service for UK mainland. If your order is paid for and placed by 2pm, we will dispatch it on the same working day. This does not include weekends or public holidays. However, we do process orders over the weekend ready to be dispatched the next working day.

The Fusion Board can comfortably carry up to about 100kg.

The simple answer is no. Unfortunately the UK is one of the only countries where this is the case. You should not ride your Fusion board on public highways if you want to avoid having a ticking off by your local bobby.

The Fusion Board is IP54 rated which means it can handle dust and splashes of water. We strongly recommend not riding in very wet weather or standing water. Water damage is not covered by your warranty.

The Fusion Board takes 2-3 hours to fully charge. Please do not charge your Fusion Board for longer then 3 hours (This will enhance battery life).

Although there is no suspension system, the Fusion Board can handle bumps, cracks and other small changes of surface up to about 1/2-1 inch very well depending on rider ability and confidence. We recommend paying close attention to your surroundings & bending your knees to act as suspension. This does take some getting used to and uneven surfaces can be a challenge until you get fully competent and comfortable on the board.

The battery has a range of 8-12 miles or 12-20 km but can be affected by your weight, the speed you are traveling, and the amount of hill climbing you are doing.

The Fusion Board is designed to provide an easy and almost effortless riding experience. That being said, if you get tired please be sure to step off and take a break.

If you are not happy with your Fusion Board , you have 14 days from the day you receive it to request a refund. You’ll need to return the Fusion Board unused, in its original condition and original packaging (any scratches, marks, damage etc. will void your eligibility for a refund). If you receive your Fusion Board and it is defective, we will happily repair, or if we are unable to repair issue a replacement. We are unable to repair or replace if accidental damage has occurred, only genuine manufacturing faults. Purchases made that are cancelled must be returned to us at your own cost. Yes, if your location is not available in the shipping area of the cart, please contact us for an individual quote. The recipient will have the responsibility of clearing Customs in their respective country.
